WHO AM I?

I am someone who doesn't understand when it became very difficult to describe oneself without feeling disenchanted or undone by the critical introspection it requires. But you can call me Owen, Owen Kariuki.

This is my so-called Medium corner of the Internet, a quiet, meditative and open-minded space where I can let readers into my mind. I absolutely love writing and I am learning to grapple with its various dynamic demands (for example, who knew that Artificial Intelligence, by means of machine learning, would scare writers into appreciating the art instead of relinquishing it to computer programs?). Hmmmm.

My style of writing is conversational and the tone is neutral. There is a lot of topics that I usually delve into in my reading and researching, but my favorite are the writing updates and deep-dives on the creativity space. I hope to grow and connect with more writers on this platform and ultimately become a voice - and a writer - of positive influence in the world.
